RaceInEurope.com is the team title for our cycling program, founded in 2003 by Nils Wartemann and Arne Hinrichsen under the Philosophy: "From cyclists for cyclists". Both, Nils Wartemann and Arne Hinrichsen have experienced racing many times in countries all over the world such as Australia, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Namibia and all over Europe. Arne Hinrichsen is also a former rider with the German "Team-Telekom-Jan Ullrich" development team. Our goal is to give competitive cyclists of all nations a chance to race with and against the strong European amateurs. We are based in Hamburg Germany in cooperation with several Elite-clubs such as the "MTV Bad Bevensen/Germany" and the "Maple Leaf Cycling Club/Ontario-Canada". The program is built on a strong team orientated model where experienced riders share their knowledge with less experienced athletes. We support the development of every team member through individual Training programs and guidance before/after and during the races. Not every rider can be picked by national teams and their development programs, or they may have already passed the U23 ranks. That's why there are still lots of strong and talented cyclists waiting for the chance of their lifetime - getting to Europe, the biggest showcase for every rider. We are going to facilitate this dream. That's our mission, now it's up to you.
