The RACEINEUROPE.COM program is acting as an independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services such as race-events, which are not directly organized by RACEINEUROPE.COM, such as the participation in sport events and bike races. RACEINEUROPE.COM shall not be responsible for actions, errors, omissions or negligence on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, injury or death to you, your travel companions or RACEINEUROPE.COM team members. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, injury or death to any participant(s) with RACEINEUROPE.COM in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other action, omission, error, condition or negligence outside of our control. By embarking upon travel, the participant voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Travel, Health and Cancellation Insurance is recommended.
 
The participant, by engaging the RACEINEUROPE.COM program, acknowledges these conditions and agrees to hold the company RACEINEUROPE.COM blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from individual suppliers for the program. The participant also agrees to the terms and conditions of the program and services, as set forth by the suppliers to RACEINEUROPE.COM. Payment of deposit and/or full payment shall constitute additional and further consent to all provisions set forth and stated herein. Your booking shall constitute consent to the above agreement for yourself, companions, or on behalf of your participants or group members.

Entire Agreement: In the event any part of this agreement shall be declared invalid or void by any court, such declaration shall not invalidate the entire agreement, and all other parts of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree any claim or litigation arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach or validity thereof, shall be brought in Lueneburg/Germany, the location of the RACEINEUROPE.COM corporate office, and the governing law shall be the laws of Germany.

Participant agrees that in the event that any civil proceeding, arbitration, mediation or action of any kind, is commenced by the participant against RACEINEUROPE.COM or any of its members, affiliates, officers, assignees or employees, the limit on any and all damages (which includes, but is not limited to damages, interest, court costs, attorney fees, expenses of litigation, and punitive damages) shall be the amount the participant paid RACEINEUROPE.COM for the program, less the cost of whatever products or services participant actually was
provided by RACEINEUROPE.COM (or their vendors) on said trip, which is the subject matter of this Terms and Conditions Agreement.
